Harold A. Ducote, Jr. has been practicing law since 1970 and has been a member of the California Bar since June of 1986. He is a graduate of Indiana University and the Indiana University Indianapolis Law School.
Mr. Ducote is a founding partner of Ducote & Associates. During his thirty years of legal experience, Mr. Ducote served as Counsel of Uniden Corporation Japan, and later litigated complex business cases after he joined the Los Angeles offices of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue as Of Counsel.
Mr. Ducote has substantial expertise in business litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. His areas of practice include business litigation involving fraud, contracts and other commercial disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, including shareholder rights, employment issues, probate and trusts and NASD and other arbitrations and mediations.
